The first ever Aikido-L Seminar occured on Memorial Day weekend, May 23-24, 1998 in San Antonio, TX. The organization for this seminar lasted over half a year and all occured online including democratic voting processes for the seminar date, location, selection of teachers -- even the T-shirt design.
