The 1999 Japan "Kansai" Aikido-L Seminar occurred on February
6th and 7th, 1999 near Kyoto, Japan. Aikido-L members Peter
Boylan, Peter Rehse, Michael Kimeda, and Mark Gorsuch all
contributed to the realization of this Seminar.
